Pilates is a mind body exercise system  that was originally developed by Joseph Pilates to achieve optimum health. He believed you are as old as your spine. He most widely used piece of apparatus, and probably the most important, is the Reformer. 

Reformer allows an almost unlimited range of exercises to be performed, allowing you to work every area of the body. It is a kind of resistance training helping to strenghten and lengthen your muscles at the same time. Today it is used by elite sport people and celebreties as it can strengthen core muscle groups, slims figures, burns fat and creates lean, toned muscles  in a short time.

1-2-1 classes can improve on injuries and  help a great deal.

In my classes I mix Reformer pilates with weight training and yoga in various amounts  depending on your body type and goals.
