Yoga was always a favorite of mine. I like it as you can do it nearly anywhere and anytime.
I teach Hatha Yoga, mostly the physical aspects of it such as asanas (postures) and breathing in a flowing sequence. I would only teach 1-2-1 or small classes. My aim is to find what asanas you need and teach those to you. That way you can practice any time and anywhere, when you need it.
